2. Personal Data Processed
The following data may be processed via our site:
- Contact data: when you contact us via WhatsApp, your name, phone number and message content.
- Marketing source data: utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term and fbclid/gclid parameters from ad campaigns (appended to the WhatsApp message).
- Usage and device data: only after you grant cookie consent; pages visited, click events (e.g. “Contact” and “Lead”) and basic device information.
3. Cookies and the Meta Pixel
This site uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel for conversion measurement. The Meta Pixel and associated cookies are loaded and run only if you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you choose “Reject”, no tracking cookie or pixel is loaded.
Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of the page.
4. Data Sharing
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.: pixel data for conversion measurement and ad optimisation, once you have consented.

6. Retention Period
Contact data is kept for as long as your request requires and is then deleted. Cookies created by the Meta Pixel are stopped going forward when you withdraw your choice.
